




Job Summary: Responsible for managing preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize failures of production equipment and ensure optimal operation. Key Points: 1. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment. 2. Ensure continuous and proper operation of machinery. 3. Perform maintenance safely and comply with procedures. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for managing preventive and corrective maintenance functions to minimize production equipment downtime due to failures. Identify potential failures and address production department requirements to contribute to the proper operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities. **REQUIREMENTS** Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Demonstrable knowledge of mechanical systems in industrial machinery (packaging machines, blister machines, cellophane wrapping machines, and sealing machines). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform all maintenance activities safely, complying with established safety procedures. * Issue and implement the preventive maintenance schedule for each piece of equipment. * Track maintenance work orders to completion. * Control and archive completed maintenance work orders. * Prepare reports on performed preventive and corrective maintenance. * Generate maintenance control statistics, intervention recurrence rates, and identify equipment with the most frequent failures. * Adjust production equipment to achieve continuous and proper operation. * Conduct a semi-annual inventory and maintain sufficient spare parts to support production equipment at the packaging plant and printing plant. * Develop and execute a program for reviewing consumables and accessories across all production equipment. * Issue and track the maintenance program.
