Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with experience in electrical systems, preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, and administrative capabilities. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in electrical systems and substations. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps and industrial equipment. 3. Knowledge of PLCs and mechanical fault detection. **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** **Education:** Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electronic Engineer. (Degree holder) **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position at an industrial plant with electrical systems comparable to transformer stations is preferred. * Electrical substations, transformers, circuit breakers, and standby diesel generators. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of vertical, horizontal, split-case, high-pressure centrifugal process pumps, pneumatic pumps, chemical metering pumps, gearmotors, air blowers, motors, and air compressors is preferred. * Basic experience in detection and resolution of instrumentation and control issues in plants and electronic equipment. * Experience with administrative responsibilities in the operation of Wastewater or Industrial Water Treatment Plants. * Experience in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance manuals is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of electrical systems and electronic control and instrumentation systems. * Basic knowledge of PLCs. * Ability to use electrical maintenance and instrumentation equipment. * Knowledge of maintenance for programmable logic controllers. * Knowledge of machinery and tools. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, predictive, and lubrication maintenance. * Knowledge of welding and oxyacetylene cutting equipment. * Proficiency in using and handling measurement tools and equipment. * Ability to detect and resolve plant-wide and mechanical equipment issues. **Skills:** * Ability to interpret manuals and diagrams. * Initiative * Organization * Communication * Interpersonal relationships * Teamwork **Location:** Carr. a Saltillo 4540, Mesa Colorada Poniente, 45189 Zapopan, Jalisco
