Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise and carry out various preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including electricity, plumbing, and basic mechanics. Responsible for electrical facility improvements and plumbing work **Maintenance Manager** **Requirements:** * Engineer or technician in maintenance. * Proficiency in Excel Knowledge in: * Electricity * Plumbing * Welding * Basic mechanics Activities: * Attending civil protection, CFE, SIMAS, etc. visitors. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Supervision of cleaning. * Supervision of green areas. * Fumigation * Supervision of irrigation systems. * Supervision and improvement of electrical installations. * Plumbing work. * Fabrication and repair of materials. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
