**Function** The maintenance manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities for production area equipment and machinery, as well as all other plant facilities. They are responsible for the proper installation of auxiliary equipment and machinery transfer. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure equipment complies with safety specifications. * Properly manage maintenance process information. * Maintain equipment availability within established performance indicators. * Manage contractors for installations or repairs. * Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance programs and timely closure of corrective actions. * Actively participate in the department’s strategic planning. Apply operational controls associated with this position based on the organization’s management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, C-TPAT, Customers) to achieve objectives. * **Requirements** * Electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field. * 5 years of experience. * Willingness to travel. * Advanced English proficiency.
