Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to supervise electrical, hydraulic, HVAC systems, and manage custodial staff. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in maintenance with 3 years of experience 2. Management of electrical and filtration systems 3. Supervision of custodial staff Maintenance Manager Education: Mechanical-electrical engineer, industrial engineer, or related field. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a Maintenance Manager, preferably in sports clubs and office environments. Knowledge of electrical systems, swimming pool filtration, hydrosanitary systems, painting, air conditioning, swimming pool water treatment, electromechanical systems, substations, emergency systems, and custodial staff management.
