Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with experience in electrical systems, swimming pool filtration, hydrosanitary systems, and electromechanical systems to oversee maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and manages facility maintenance 2. Experience with electrical and hydrosanitary systems 3. Supervision of custodial staff Maintenance Manager Education: Mechanical-electrical engineer, industrial engineer, or related field. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a Maintenance Manager, preferably in sports clubs and office environments. Knowledge of electrical systems, swimming pool filtration, hydrosanitary systems, painting, air conditioning, swimming pool water treatment, electromechanical systems, substations, emergency systems, and supervision of custodial staff.
