Control tool usage and record activities in maintenance logs A Mexican real estate company is seeking a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT Work Location: MORELIA CENTRO - PLAZA DE LA TECNOLOGÍA REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed secondary school Age: 25 to 45 years old Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Availability to work Monday through Sunday with mid-week rest (ROTATING SHIFTS). RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. Inspect and repair lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting systems. Support maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. Supervise the condition of floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture in common areas. Conduct routine inspections to detect failures, leaks, or unsafe conditions. Report damages or anomalies to the Maintenance Supervisor or Administration. Control usage of assigned tools and materials. Record activities in maintenance logs. Perform drywall work. WE OFFER: Statutory benefits. Monthly net salary of $10,500.
