What Are We Looking For? * Age: 20\-50 years old * Education: Completed high school / Student or intern in mechanical, metallurgical, or automotive engineering. * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in production areas as a supervisor. * Effective communication * Teamwork * Leadership * Proactivity What Are the Responsibilities? * Daily scheduling of personnel activities according to the production plan. * Managing workloads within the line. * Preparing daily and weekly reports on production progress and personnel management. * Actively participating in training processes.
