Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. * Budget \& Resource Management: Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Track project milestones and deliverables. * Quality Assurance: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
