Liaison with authorities and maintenance of labor regulations DEL SOL, EL PASEO SANTA CATARINA Seeking a Human Resources Manager AGE: 25 TO 36 YEARS COMPLETED DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY, SOCIAL WORK, ADMINISTRATION, OR RELATED FIELD. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure and administer various Human Resources department processes in-store, aiming to meet organizational performance indicators. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for employees. Conduct and oversee recruitment and selection of personnel to fulfill the authorized staffing plan. Manage social security documentation to prevent an increase in workplace accident rates. Administer employee termination procedures to prevent labor disputes. Control, manage and generate personnel documents (personnel files). Attend authority inspections (STPS/IMSS) for various requirements. Maintain up-to-date folders regarding occupational safety and hygiene, training and development. Address union-related matters arising as needed to support a positive work environment. Administer application of the Internal Work Regulations at each unit and monitor the work environment. Implement personnel changes (hires, terminations) in the system and ensure accurate updating of employee information.
