




Position Summary: Design, implement, and oversee recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding policies, addressing vacancies and coordinating related processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and oversee recruitment and selection processes. 2. Coordinate the full hiring and personnel management cycle. 3. Participate in expansion projects and new hires. * Design, validate, implement, and oversee recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding policies, procedures, systems, and techniques for personnel required by the organization, aligned with position requirements (profile) and established workplace culture. * Address vacancy requests from various departments of the company. * Coordinate the recruitment process for personnel selection (contacting candidates, conducting interviews, verifying references and psychometric assessments). * Ensure that each vacancy file contains all required documentation. * Review candidate profiles and conduct interviews jointly with the requesting department head. * Coordinate the hiring process and IMSS registration. * Follow up on payroll card delivery to newly hired personnel. * Supervise staff terminations and personnel file updates. * Participate in coordinating company expansion projects (hiring new personnel for additional locations).
