




Position Summary: Experienced Human Resources Manager specializing in recruitment, selection, personnel management, occupational safety and hygiene, and training—ensuring regulatory compliance and employee well-being. Develops and implements training and STPS compliance plans. **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** **Requirements:** * Expertise in recruitment and selection * Completed bachelor’s degree * Experience in employee hiring and onboarding * Experience in employee terminations and separations * Experience in incident reporting for payroll control * Experience in establishing Joint Committees and Occupational Safety and Hygiene programs * Experience in training administration and recordkeeping with STPS (SIRCE), handling DC3 and DC4 certificates. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct the recruitment process according to staffing requisitions by posting on digital recruitment platforms. * Perform personnel selection by screening candidates who meet the requirements, contacting them, scheduling interviews, selecting three finalists matching the required profile, and presenting them to the requesting department for interview and evaluation to select the candidate for hire—ensuring timely position coverage and alignment with the required profile. * Manage hiring authorization: collect documentation from the selected candidate and complete internal forms to request hiring approval from the Finance Department. * Ensure the hiring process by completing internal onboarding procedures with Accounting, IT, Materials Management, and Marketing departments. * Prepare a biweekly incident report (pre-payroll) including absences, leaves of absence, vacations, disabilities, hires and/or separations, deductions (INFONAVIT, FONACOT, debts owed to the employer), for submission to the Accounting Department for payroll processing. * Ensure the onboarding process by coordinating with involved departments to define the induction schedule and monitoring progress until the employee is fully integrated into their work area. * Establish Joint Committees for occupational safety and hygiene, and coordinate related activities; * Investigate occupational hazards, identify and monitor preventive measures, issue minutes and reports, complete DC1 form, and ensure committee members receive training from a certified organization—complying with STPS regulations and NOM-035. * Administer the annual Training Needs Assessment questionnaire to staff and compile a report of results. * Develop and implement annual staff training plans based on identified training needs, generate and submit STPS DC-2 form. * Maintain a digital record of all staff training sessions to register them in the STPS platform (SIRCE), issuing DC3 and DC4 certificates in compliance with Article 153-A-X of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Ensure provision of staff uniforms: research suppliers, request quotations, and manage invoice payments. * Administer uniforms via an inventory system; upon issuance, obtain a signed responsibility acknowledgment to be filed in the employee’s personnel file. * Ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations and general company policies, reporting violations to the Deputy Director of Administration and Human Resources for guidance on corrective action. * Administer life insurance and major medical expense insurance for staff, managing enrollments and cancellations with the insurer and maintaining physical records. * Administer a biannual workplace climate survey to develop and implement an action plan. * Maintain physical and digital documentation control for leave and vacation requests using a database. * Develop an annual health plan to be distributed monthly to staff via email. * Collaborate in the creation and design of the annual company newsletter, collecting necessary information (photos, evidence). **Compensation:** * $32,397 MXN gross monthly, plus benefits * Savings fund: $4,471 MXN * Transportation allowance: $5,620 MXN **Work Location:** Roma neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc Borough, CDMX Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 – $41,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund Work Location: On-site employment
