




Human Resources Manager Position Objective: Plan, direct, and execute Human Resources strategies, ensuring legal compliance, talent development, a healthy work environment, and alignment of human capital with company objectives. Age: 25 years and older Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field (degree holder). Requirements: * Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as Human Resources Manager or Head of Human Resources. * Solid knowledge of payroll, labor legislation, and labor relations. * Experience with payroll systems (Aspel NOI preferred). * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * Leadership, confidentiality, and decision-making abilities. Competencies: Leadership and effective communication * Strategic planning * Negotiation and conflict resolution * Results orientation * Working under pressure * Professional ethics and discretion Functions and Responsibilities: * Design and implement recruitment and selection strategies. * Administer payroll, payroll incidents, severance payments, and settlements. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT). * Develop training plans, performance evaluations, and career development plans. * Coordinate labor relations and manage conflict resolution. * Manage HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, workplace climate). * Draft and implement internal policies and the Internal Work Regulations. * Oversee occupational safety and hygiene processes and regulatory compliance. * Lead and develop the Human Resources team. * Collaborate with senior management in strategic decision-making.
