




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager with strong leadership skills to implement and administer the HR system in Juárez, including compensation, benefits, labor relations, training, safety, and events. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in implementing and administering the HR system. 2. Comprehensive management of Human Resources departments. 3. Promotion of training and development programs. We seek an HR Manager with strong leadership capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and administering the Juárez Human Resources System, its policies and procedures across all functional areas, including: Compensation, Benefits Administration, Labor Relations, Training and Development, Environment, Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, as well as Cafeteria, Transportation, and Events. Responsibilities * Responsible for Labor Relations. * Ensure compliance with and enforcement of Mexican legal requirements; report on governmental regulations affecting the company’s Human Resources functions, policies, and procedures. * Promote training, development, and succession planning programs to strengthen team capabilities and ensure business continuity. * Generate and interpret HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, workplace climate, performance) and present improvement proposals to senior management. * Serve as the company’s Social Compliance Representative and assist in audits. * Serve as the company’s Environmental Management Representative and assist in audits. * Responsible for the STPS training program and the validated Internal Employee Training System. * Promote initiatives that strengthen organizational climate, foster internal communication, and build a high-performance culture. * Lead and develop the HR team, establishing clear priorities and ensuring efficient execution aligned with corporate objectives. * Manage performance evaluation cycles and compensation planning. * Manage cafeteria and transportation services for employees. * Manage life and medical insurance. * Collect and process personnel information via the HR/Payroll system according to personnel movements. * Personnel registration and updates at the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS). Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably within the manufacturing industry. * Proficiency in payroll preparation and personnel administration. * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and applicable regulations. * Advanced English (spoken and written), mandatory requirement. * Strong leadership, negotiation, effective communication, and strategic vision with an operational focus. * Familiarity with Safety and Environmental Regulations (SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, COESPRIS, COFEPRIS, STPS, SEDUE, etc.), preferred.
