




**Primary Purpose:** The Data Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the organization's data and implementing data security measures. Working with the team to deliver the best quality data. They are also responsible for assisting employee help tickets that require data changes or other support. Then this is the role for you! **What You Will Do:** * Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making within the organization. * Identify changes in employee's information that need to be updated in the HR system. This includes changes in personal details, job roles, compensation, and other relevant information. * Requests required documentation from employees for various HR processes. * Submit transactions to finalize updates in records, ensuring that all employee information is accurate and up to date in the HR system. * Manage mass employee data changes, including organizational changes, job changes, and manager changes. Figuring out appropriate templates to use, creating new employee data changes, and running mass test updates and data validation processes. * Collaborate with the HR Inquiries Administrator to complete tickets for data request changes, verify population with changes, and review data changes. * Assist in handling voluntary and involuntary terminations, making sure all processes are carried out in accordance with company policy and legal requirements. * Partner with cross-functional teams across the business network to ensure effective management and maintaining the integrity of employee data in HRIS, including data corrections and identifying process gaps. **What You Will Need:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, and/or Business. * 1+ years previous experience in a HR Shared Service, Call Centre, or Service Environment. * Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and shared services HR technology. * Ability to navigate with proficiency and deliver high-quality customer service. * Ability to handle and maintain confidential & sensitive data. * Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of written and spoken English to be able to connect with all levels of employees across the organization. **What you will get:** The salary range established for this position is between **18,000 and 20,000 pesos per month**.
