We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** initiative and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job functions and responsibilities:** Incident management and follow-up for IT-related CAU incidents. Management of technological infrastructure and hardware inventories. Supervision and coordination of technical personnel. Vendor, contract, warranty, and IT service tracking. Preparation of productivity reports, performance indicators, and recurring failure analyses. Asset control in the GMAO / Mansis XXI system. Management of consumables, spare parts, and departmental supplies. Participation in budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives. Implementation and promotion of quality management, information security, occupational health and safety (SST), and environmental management systems. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Technical Diploma in Systems/Communications, or related field. **Minimum experience:** Windows and Linux administration (1 year), Active Directory management (users, policies, resources) – 2 years, Telecommunications (PBX, IP switches, VoIP gateways) – 1 year, Maintenance of computing and printing equipment – 1 year. **Technical knowledge:** Networks and structured cabling, Server virtualization, Telephony, printing, and hardware, Office software, ISO 27001 (desirable). **What do we offer?** Competitive salary commensurate with experience Grocery vouchers Life and funeral expense insurance Punctuality and attendance bonuses Statutory benefits Job stability Professional development opportunities For us, the journey is as important as the destination; therefore, we learn daily from the richness offered by the diversity of people who make up this great team.
