





Oversee and comprehensively coordinate the administrative operations of the logistics services tower, ensuring **efficient customer management**, accurate **office rental and occupancy**, **timely revenue collection and accounts receivable management**, as well as proper **coordination of maintenance services**, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and property profitability. Key Responsibilities * Manage **office rentals**: contracts, renewals, onboarding, offboarding, and modifications. * Attend to and follow up with **current and prospective customers**. * Prospect new customers to increase **tower occupancy**. * Administer lease agreements and associated service contracts. * Monitor and track **billing, collections, and accounts receivable**. * Coordinate **preventive and corrective maintenance** for offices and common areas. * Supervise external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, security, general services). * Prepare administrative and financial reports (revenue, occupancy, delinquency). * Resolve administrative issues with customers while maintaining clear and professional communication. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and applicable regulations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Office occupancy rate (%) * Rental and service income * Collection rate and delinquency index * Customer response time * Preventive maintenance compliance rate * Customer satisfaction (CSAT) Required Profile **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum **3–5 years** in administrative, real estate, service, or customer management roles. * Experience in **office leasing, property management, or service centers** (preferred). * Direct experience managing **customers, contracts, and collections**. Technical Knowledge * Contract and lease administration. * Billing and collections control. * Customer service and support. * Maintenance and vendor coordination. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with administrative systems or ERP software (preferred).
