Knowledge: Proficiency in general accounting, including transaction recording, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. Must also be familiar with tax regulations (Income Tax, VAT, Federal Tax Code), compliance with monthly and annual obligations, and handling of tax receipts. Must apply Financial Information Standards (NIF), control processes such as accounts receivable and payable, payroll, inventories, fixed assets, and accounting closings. Additionally, must be proficient in accounting systems and tools such as Excel, interpret financial information, prepare reports for management, and handle audits.
