Support for maintenance activities and supervision of suppliers **GARDENER / MAINTENANCE** **Objective:** **Responsible for executing all gardening tasks in an orderly and clean environment; provide support to maintenance staff in various activities** **Skills: pruning trees and plants, fumigation, fertilization, transplantation, pest control, pest identification.** **Responsibilities:** · Carry out tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager promptly, efficiently, and with quality · Verify proper growth of green areas as well as plant health and care; perform trimming and cleaning of planters on terraces and common areas; complete logbooks · Maintain order and cleanliness in storage rooms and work areas · Execute the annual irrigation and maintenance program as applicable · Report any significant issues and opportunities for improvement to the Maintenance Manager · Move tools and equipment between storage locations and work areas, and vice versa · Clean tools and equipment used · Verify the operation of the irrigation system · Submit a weekly activity report to the Maintenance Manager, including photographic evidence and a list of materials used · Respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day · Supervise activities performed by suppliers for: o Fumigation o Green areas · Record and register consumption readings in logbooks o Water in common areas o Water in cisterns · Request necessary materials from the Maintenance Manager to carry out assigned tasks · Perform o Replacement and cleaning of sprinklers o Inspection and cleaning of drainage gutters and stormwater manholes o Programming and repair of irrigation systems o Filling cisterns with potable water Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
