Join this great team as: **ELECTROMECHANIC** **Yecapixtla Plant, Morelos** (near Yecapixtla crossroads) **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Achieve maximum availability of production equipment, **increasing mean time between failures and reducing repair times**, through the application of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies under the **TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)** approach. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * Industrial electricity and electronics. * Total productive maintenance (TPM). * PC handling and maintenance software. * Machines and tools. * Quality management systems (BRCGS, ISO 9001:2015\). * Kaizen and continuous improvement. * Interpretation of electrical and electronic diagrams. * Basic PLC programming. * Lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Report, record, and control failure information, as well as close maintenance orders. * Schedule preventive and predictive maintenance based on failure history, manuals, and diagnostics. * Perform root cause analysis and generate action plans to prevent recurrence. * Increase equipment availability by reducing downtime. * Carry out preventive maintenance according to established programs and evaluate their effectiveness. * Request necessary spare parts and coordinate with the maintenance supervisor for required external support. * Maintain the work area under the **5S methodology**, ensuring order and cleanliness. * Support format or product changeovers when required by production. * Keep assigned tools inventory updated and report replacements. * Report unsafe conditions or deviations in safety, quality, or compliance. * Actively participate in training sessions, safety meetings, and continuous improvement events. * Respect and apply **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**. * Participate in **SMED and Kaizen** events, contributing ideas for continuous improvement. **WE OFFER** * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience. * **Grocery vouchers** starting from the second month. * **Subsidized cafeteria.** * **Direct employment contract with the company.** * **Savings fund.** * **Social security from day one** (100% contribution). * Work schedule: **Monday to Friday**, with flexible hours.
