




Job Summary: This position focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy through transactions, discrepancy corrections, audits, and cycle counts in the warehouse. Key Highlights: 1. Support for warehouse activities and continuous improvement Description and details of responsibilities * Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy through transactions and discrepancy corrections in the AS400 system. * Audit daily “rush orders” (add-ons) to ensure inventory integrity. * Maintain the location of missing material (NT) by searching for lost material according to AS400 transaction evidence, identifying root causes, and reporting them to the Inventory Control Supervisor. * Count Backflush locations and transact material not deducted from work orders. * Audit put-away transactions for receipts and correct identified discrepancies. * Follow the audit schedule for locations with a systematic quantity equal to zero and correct them if physical material is found. * Count internal consumption material and maintain accurate inventory. * Correct discrepancies related to lot numbers and component expiration dates. * Capture Production scrap reports. * Perform ABC cycle counts provided by corporate. * Systematically process production returns and disposition material per AS400 instructions. * Audit and correct locations with negative quantities. * Support correction of discrepancies in picklists for production orders. * Count high-value material and maintain reliable inventory records for such items. • Perform cycle counts for each component location whenever a discrepancy is detected at that location by receiving or picking personnel. • Provide immediate feedback to personnel upon observing poor practices in the warehouse area. * Conduct 5S audits at warehouse locations and correct or coordinate correction of findings. * Assist with various tasks assigned by the Supervisor and/or Inventory Control Manager. * Report warehouse process issues to the Inventory Control Supervisor.
