**Reports to**: Zone Manager **Positions supervised**: Operations staff. **Desirable:** Experience in fire protection systems. **Job Mission:** Responsible for operations staff; ensures that maintenance and work on the fire protection system are carried out properly, and monitors optimal use of materials and resources entrusted to them. **Job Functions:** * Preparation of fire protection system maintenance reports. * Preparation of fire protection system work budgets. * Preparation of material lists. * Control and administration of materials and operations staff. * Coordination with contractors. * Reading of construction drawings. * Reporting deviations within the project. * Ensures compliance with construction schedules provided by the superintendent. * Generates as-built drawings. * Ensures compliance with project specifications. * Ensures compliance with safety regulations. * Control of piecework. * Availability for emergencies. **Skills and Competencies:** * Scheduling preparation. * Effective verbal and written communication. * Reading of construction drawings and use of AutoCAD. * Personnel management. * Administrative knowledge. * AutoCAD proficiency. * Willingness to travel. * Punctual. * Organized. * Responsible. * Basic English language skills. **Work Location** Candidate must currently reside in VALLARTA, JALISCO.
