Market analysis and profitability assessment of products/services A prestigious company is seeking a Commercial Manager ***Objective***: To plan, coordinate, and monitor activities related to the promotion and sale of products and services in order to fulfill the company’s established marketing plan. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. 3 years of experience in the commercial area Project management knowledge Proficiency in ERP systems and information systems Advanced Excel Key Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to sales or marketing * Recruit, train, and periodically evaluate the work team * Supervise project management * Develop management reports and performance indicators * Support prospecting, quotation, design, and development of projects, as well as closing deals and coordinating after-sales service * Address and resolve issues with customers and suppliers regarding finished products * Supervise timely and accurate data entry into the CRM system * Analyze the market to identify opportunities, trends, and threats * Evaluate the profitability of products, services, or sales channels, proposing improvements or strategic adjustments * Monitor profit margins and costs * Prepare commercial budgets * And other duties related to the position Compensation: Monthly gross salary: $30,000 Monthly bonus based on KPI achievement Savings fund Life insurance Monthly food vouchers Profit-sharing (PTU) Uniforms Location: Zapopan, Jal.
