Your primary responsibility is to ensure that clinical practices are conducted according to patient safety standards, while complying with academic programs and current institutional agreements. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (degree and professional license mandatory) * Master’s degree or specialization (desirable) * Proven experience as a clinical field supervisor. **Clinical Expertise:** Solid experience in nursing processes, clinical record management, and safety protocols. **Academic Planning:** Ability to design rotation schedules, clinical field orientation programs, and continuous evaluation systems. **Administration:** Management of performance indicators, attendance tracking, and preparation of technical reports. **Leadership and Authority:** Capacity to guide groups of students and mediate with hospital authorities. **Assertive Communication:** Skill to provide constructive feedback to students and maintain smooth communication with hospital teaching supervisors. **Conflict Resolution:** Composure to handle incidents in the clinical field (complaints, occupational accidents, or ethical violations). **Ethics and Humanism:** Serve as a role model in delivering dignified patient care and respecting hospital hierarchy.
