




We are looking for our next Automotive Claims Adjuster **Position Objective** Ensure accurate valuation of vehicles arriving after an incident, guaranteeing quality in technical analysis and compliance with established processes, contributing to workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Review estimates provided by the estimation department. * Prepare initial appraisals and manage technical supplements. * Review parts migration in the **Auto Shop Easy** system. * Enter appraisals into internal systems. * Deliver authorized evaluations to the shop supervisor. * Close files and coordinate billing processes. * Monitor and ensure compliance with timelines. * Edit photos of incidents and report them in the **Audagol** system. * Ensure reports and records positively impact the production process. **Required Knowledge** * Automotive claims expertise and traffic incident knowledge. * Experience with appraisal systems (Auto Shop Easy, Audagol). * Understanding of vehicle damage assessments and estimates. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel). * Technical writing and spelling accuracy. **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Proactivity and technical curiosity. * Effective communication with customers and internal departments. * Leadership and sociability. * Organization and results orientation. * Responsibility and punctuality. **Requirements** * Education: Technical high school diploma or incomplete engineering degree (automotive or related field). * Experience: Minimum 2 years as an automotive appraiser. * Valid driver's license. * Knowledge of insurance company systems. **We Offer** * Salary $17,000 gross * Productivity bonus of $2,000 after probation period * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
