With operations in more than 40 countries, our employees and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally cherished. **How will you contribute to this magical experience?** The **Camera Operator** is responsible for capturing high-quality video content for ESPN productions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate studio cameras during live sports broadcasts and pre-recorded segments. * Collaborate with producers, directors, and the technical team to execute camera plans and shot lists. * Frame and compose shots according to script and creative direction. * Adjust camera settings to achieve proper exposure, focus, and color balance. * Follow blocking instructions and cues during live or recorded shoots. * Ensure footage is captured smoothly and meets technical standards. * Identify and resolve on-set technical issues, as well as perform basic equipment maintenance. * Provide support as needed during studio program production, such as handling microphones, lighting, set design, chairs, and other elements. **What we need from you to be part of this story:** * Minimum 1 year of experience working in television or a similar environment. * Education in Communications, Film, Media Production, or a related field (preferred). * Knowledge of camera operation and systems. * Understanding of cinematography principles and visual storytelling (preferred). * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, problem-solving ability, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Availability to understand and adapt to variable work schedules typical of sports television production, in accordance with business needs. **Additional Information:** At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
