




**Restaurant Opening | Bar Manager** **Angelópolis Area, Puebla** We are seeking a **Bar Manager** to join a new gastronomic project currently opening. If you have experience leading bar operations, organizing teams, and overseeing every operational detail, this position is for you. **Job Objective** To lead and supervise the bar area, managing supplies, staff, and daily operations, ensuring efficient, orderly, and profitable service. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in similar positions** * Knowledge of inventory management and bar operations * Ability to coordinate work teams * Focus on organization, control, and customer service **Responsibilities:** * Schedule bar staff shifts * Train and supervise the team under your supervision * Manage inventories of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages * Coordinate bar operational activities * Supervise proper implementation of the **FIFO** system * Ensure proper functioning of refrigerators, coffee machines, and wine coolers **We Offer:** * Base net salary: $13,000 * Weekly tip scheme * Positive work environment * Opportunity for growth within the project **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday (1 weekday day off) Rotating shifts: * 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM * 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Position type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
