




***General Description:*** The Administrative Assistant provides **operational and administrative support** to the company’s finance and administrative departments. Their main function is to **track, organize information, and support key day-to-day tasks**, ensuring that the office and administrative processes operate correctly. They work closely with the Head of Finance and other teams to maintain order, control, and compliance in administrative, financial, and human resources matters. ***Specific Description:*** **Responsibilities:** **1. Administrative and Financial Support** Support expense, income, and budget control across various companies. Track financial and administrative information for internal reporting. Assist in organizing files, documents, and financial records. **2. Treasury and Basic Control** Support tracking of cash flow and bank transactions. Record payments, invoices, and supporting documentation. Track accounts payable and accounts receivable. **3. Budgets and Reporting** Support preparation and updating of budgets by project or department. Assist in preparing monthly reports (expenses, income, cash flows, etc.). Maintain up-to-date and organized financial information. **4. Processes and Organization** Support improvement and monitoring of internal administrative processes. Help maintain order and control over tools, templates, and administrative systems. Identify errors or inconsistencies and report them to their direct supervisor. **5. Human Resources Support** Support HR administrative tasks such as personnel file management, payroll, and benefits administration. Track employment and administrative documentation. Support basic onboarding, offboarding, and administrative transfer processes. **6. Compliance and Monitoring** Support monitoring of tax, labor, and administrative obligations. Collect and organize information requested by external accounting firms, banks, or suppliers. **7. Supplier Relations** Support communication with suppliers, banks, and external service providers. Track requests, payments, and required documentation. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or equivalent experience. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, accounting, and/or finance roles. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Familiarity with the SAT portal. * Recording of income and expenses. * Accounting provisions. * Bank reconciliations. **Skills and Competencies:** * Interest in the accounting field. * Detail-oriented and meticulous individual. * Ability to identify and communicate areas for improvement. * Orderliness and organizational skills. * Punctuality and responsibility.
