




**Educational Institution** We are seeking an **Accounting Manager** for the Administration and Finance Coordination team, with the following profile: · Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Accounting · 5 years of experience in a similar position **Main responsibilities:** Revenue and expenditure control Obtaining and preparing fiscal documents supporting the University’s revenues and expenditures Preparing and issuing financial statements Calculating and timely filing federal taxes (monthly and annual) Calculating and filing informative tax declarations with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SAT, DIOT) Submitting monthly electronic accounting records and closing the fiscal year Preparing accounting and tax reports for audits Responding to official requests Managing and controlling daily operations of the accounting department Establishing and implementing accounting methods, procedures, policies, and principles aligned with the University’s operations. **Required knowledge:** Knowledge of the COI accounting system Proficiency in the SAT portal Microsoft Office suite Financial accounting Fiscal regulatory framework **Required competencies:** Attention to detail Effective communication Active and attentive listening Decision-making ability Teamwork Results-oriented mindset **We offer: Gross monthly salary of $35,000.00.
