Skilled in handling income, expense, and journal vouchers; bank reconciliations; and supporting the preparation of trial balances and financial statements. Basic knowledge of tax obligations and procedures before the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service). Organized, responsible, detail-oriented individual committed to meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy of financial information. **Job Responsibilities:** * Record income, expense, and journal vouchers in the accounting system. * Verify that supporting documentation for each transaction is attached to the corresponding vouchers. * Record deposits, expenses, and bank-generated transactions (e.g., interest, commissions, interbank transfers) in the bank subsidiary ledger. * Record expense vouchers. * Prepare and enter vouchers for bank interest, other income, and bank commissions. * Issue invoices in the Commercial System. * Prepare the monthly expense voucher report. * Assist with any tasks requested by the immediate supervisor. **Working Hours:** Monday\-Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
