Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial or Logistics Engineer with experience in infrastructure design, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation, logistics operations, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation of 3PL Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). 2. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize operations. 3. Expert WMS configuration and warehouse modeling expertise. Ø Age: 25 to 45 years old Ø Gender: No preference. Ø Education: Industrial or Logistics Engineering degree, or related field (graduated or intern). Ø Experience: 2 to 3 years in: Infrastructure: Design physical warehouse layout (racking, picking zones, packing stations) to maximize performance. * Systems: Lead the implementation of a 3PL Warehouse Management System (WMS) and integrate it with clients’ platforms (ERP). * Operations: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for receiving, high-accuracy picking, and preparation of customized kits. * Procurement: Negotiate carrier rate contracts. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure facilities comply with safety standards and regulations. Ø **Requirements and Qualities:** · English and Spanish (spoken and written). · Over 2 years in logistics, including at least one warehouse launch. · Proven ability to recruit and train an operations team. · Expert WMS configuration and warehouse modeling expertise. · Extensive knowledge of multi-user logistics. · Excellent organizational skills and unwavering commitment to accuracy, integrity, and safety. · Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends.
