Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including control of product inflows and outflows, physical and cycle inventories, and returnability control * Manage and receive product intake into the warehouse * Ensure product availability at all times * Ensure correct loading and unloading for distribution routes * Coordinate and supervise the workforce, ensuring a positive and motivating work environment (warehouse supervisors and unionized staff) Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree * Experience in warehouses handling fast-moving consumer goods * Ability to work in a team and efficiently manage available resources * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines * Excellent organizational and planning skills * Proficiency in computer tools and warehouse management systems * Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
