Job Summary: This position aims to ensure customer satisfaction through efficient inventory and delivery management, maintaining quality standards and cost control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure customer service level and inventory reliability. 2. Execute work plans and ensure on-time and in-full order delivery. 3. Warehouse, logistics, and supply chain management and control. **Job Objective** Ensure the service level expected by our customers through inventory reliability and on-time delivery within quality standards and projected cost. **Responsibilities and Activities** Ensure receipt of materials (from suppliers, inter-warehouse transfers, and consumables), verifying compliance with quality requirements. Execute established work plans by allocating necessary resources for order picking, ensuring timely handover of orders to carriers to meet customers’ requirements regarding quantity, quality, and schedule. Receive and restock materials returned by our customers, and perform final segregation and quarantine of defective materials.
