Used Car Appraiser At Grupo Torres Corzo Automotriz, we are seeking a professional with experience in evaluating pre-owned vehicles to join our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in determining the fair value of used vehicles, contributing to transparency and customer satisfaction in our operations. Requirements: * Education: Completed high school or some college * Experience: 2 years in a similar position * Technical knowledge * Mechanical-automotive knowledge and market understanding * Technology proficiency * Office software skills Responsibilities: * Initiate first contact with the customer to receive the vehicle for appraisal and obtain a copy of the registration card. * Conduct a physical inspection of the vehicle on-site to determine necessary reconditioning and whether the vehicle is suitable for purchase. * Drive the vehicle onto the ramp, perform the appraisal using the multipoint checklist, and request workshop support if needed. * Scan the vehicle to identify any fault codes. * Take photographs of the vehicle to include in the diagnosis within Quiter. * Communicate with customers. * Report appraisal completion to the pre-owned manager. This role requires a detailed analysis of vehicles, including their history, overall condition, and specific features. You will be responsible for setting competitive and fair prices, ensuring our customers receive an offer that reflects the vehicle's true value. Additionally, you must maintain effective communication with the sales team to ensure pricing aligns with market strategies.
