Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring warehouse cleanliness, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and event logistics, while supervising personnel and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and equipment maintenance. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure warehouse cleanliness and order. * Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene measures. * Ensure control over incoming furniture and equipment, reporting any shortages and/or incidents. * Conduct periodic inventory counts to maintain inventory control. * Monitor proper functioning of furniture and equipment, and manage their repair or replacement. * Ensure timely supply of materials and resources required for events, in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor. * Assign tasks to subordinate personnel according to planning. * Request temporary personnel needed for operational continuity, subject to authorization by the Operations Manager. * Implement necessary measures to safeguard equipment used for events. * Document and report operational incidents, including loss reports, damages, and any other reports required for enhanced operational control. * Supervise that packaging methods are optimal for storage of furniture and equipment. * Comply with all Policies, Regulations, and Internal Work Rules established by the organization. * Schedule necessary logistics to meet timelines for each event and its various stages. * Verify compliance with event policies and procedures. * Manage documentation control for events. * Implement necessary measures to safeguard equipment used for events, vehicles, and subordinate personnel.
