Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor for the industrial sector, with experience in plastic injection, responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of production processes. Quality management and production procedures **A prominent industrial company (plastic injection) is seeking:** **Production Supervisor** **Requirements:** · Education: Technical or upper secondary degree · Minimum 1 year verifiable experience as a production shift supervisor; PREFERRED IN A PLASTIC PROCESSING COMPANY · Excellent attitude · Availability to work rotating shifts (3 shifts) **Duties and Responsibilities:** **1.** Communicate the Quality and Production Procedures to ensure their proper implementation. **2.** Identify and propose opportunities for improvement in procedures and forms. **3.** Authority to stop machines due to product defects. **4.** Coordinate and guide subordinate personnel. **5.** Request raw materials from logistics. **6.** Record personnel assigned to the shift. **7.** Transport finished goods / semi-finished goods / scrap to designated areas. **8.** Ensure proper handling and storage of measurement and testing instruments. **9.** Follow up appropriately to meet timelines and specifications according to the weekly production schedule. **10.** Report supplier nonconformities. **11.** Safeguard equipment or measurement instruments. **12.** Validate production per shift and its entry into the finished goods warehouse. **13.** Report nonconformity situations to the Production and Quality Manager, as well as apply the corrective action procedure. **14.** Report to the Production Manager on the status of weekly production schedule compliance, for tracking customer order deliveries. **15.** Report malfunctioning of measurement equipment to the Quality Manager. **We Offer:** · Gross Monthly Salary $14,000.00 · Statutory and above-statutory benefits · 12% Savings Fund · Free uniforms · Punctuality and Attendance Bonus $700.00 Monthly · Productivity Bonus $700.00 Monthly · Grocery Vouchers $500.00 Monthly · Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Production: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
