Responsibilities: * Review the weekly production schedule. * Coordinate staffing to meet the established production schedule. * Monitor adherence to company-defined production processes and timelines. * Supervise compliance with company-defined recipes. * Coordinate and supervise packaging and labeling of finished products. * Track and record labeling productivity (time, quantities, weight) and prevent errors. * Monitor raw material inventory levels and report to direct supervisor when approaching minimum stock level. * Coordinate placement of finished products in their designated storage areas. * Maintain control and records of all production output.
