We are seeking a Production Supervisor with proven experience in Graphic Arts—Flexography. **Requirements:** 1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Production Manager in Offset and/or Flexography. 2. Experience in printing and finishing processes. 3. In-depth knowledge of printing substrates. 4. Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. 5. Personnel management skills. **Responsibilities:** 1. Supervise and maintain Offset or Flexography machinery efficiently and safely. 2. Track production orders. 3. Ensure print quality and on-time delivery. 4. Collaborate with the production team to guarantee operational efficiency. 5.
