**A major production company is seeking** **Production Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Reside near the area * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor * Knowledge of the food industry * Experience managing personnel * Knowledge of forklift operation * Monitor and ensure compliance with the Daily Production Order (objectives) * Compliance with NOM-251-SSA-2009 * Implementation of Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) * Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage requirements * Supervision of PRPs (Prerequisite Programs) and CCPs (Critical Control Points) * Personnel management and incident handling * Verification of optimal operating conditions of production equipment * Supervision of finished product (FP) loading * Inventory and raw material (RM) control supervision * Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance * Facility maintenance **We offer** · Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM · Work location: Cerro Gordo, Ecatepec · Salary: $16,000.00 MXN net per month + statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site employment
