Job Objective Supervise, coordinate, and optimize production area operational activities, ensuring compliance with production schedules and safety, quality, and resource (human and material) efficiency standards. Guarantee uninterrupted production through proper procedure execution and application of continuous improvement practices. Requirements **Education** * Completed secondary school, high school, or technical program * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree preferred **Experience** * Minimum **1 year of experience in similar roles within production or manufacturing** preferred Technical Knowledge * Management and tracking of **production orders** * Handling of **operational KPIs** * **Identification of production process failures** * Experience with **ERP systems (SAP preferred)** * **Excel** (pivot tables, charts, and basic formulas) * Control of **non-conforming products** * **5S methodology** * **Quality specifications in production processes** * Use of **measuring instruments** * **Principles of machinery operation** * Administration of **human and material resources** Main Responsibilities * Supervise daily production operations and the performance of operational staff. * Ensure compliance with the **production schedule and line-specific targets**. * Monitor process indicators using **Statistical Process Control (SPC)**. * Ensure compliance with **safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** standards. * Track **waste generated in the area** and implement corrective actions to reduce it. * Supervise the proper **initiation, monitoring, and closure of production orders in SAP**. * Coordinate **shift handover (handover and takeover)**. * Report equipment failures and follow up on repairs with the maintenance department. * Manage operational staff and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures. * Promote initiatives that strengthen the **culture of product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance**.
