Personnel management and resource optimization **Department:** Production / Operations **Reports to:** Operations Manager / General Management **Team supervised:** Production operators, line assistants, and packaging staff. **Location: Federal Highway to Atlixco** Job Objective Coordinate, supervise, and control production process activities to ensure dietary supplements are manufactured with **quality, efficiency, and compliance with sanitary regulations**, guaranteeing adherence to the company’s established production schedules. Functions and Responsibilities **Production Planning** * Develop and execute the production plan according to demand. * Coordinate with warehouse regarding availability of raw materials and supplies. * Schedule production activities to meet established timelines. **Process Supervision** * Supervise production stages including: * Ingredient mixing * Encapsulation or tabletting * Packaging * Labeling and packing * Verify that processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures. **Quality Control** * Ensure products meet quality standards. * Support implementation of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**. * Collaborate with the quality control department to prevent process deviations. **Personnel Management** * Coordinate production personnel. * Supervise task and schedule compliance. * Promote an organized and safe working environment. **Resource Optimization** * Reduce raw material waste. * Improve production process efficiency. * Propose operational improvements. **Safety and Hygiene** * Ensure compliance with plant safety and hygiene regulations. * Supervise use of personal protective equipment.
