We are looking for: A candidate for the Press Operator position to work in Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico. **Objective:** Produce according to quality and production standards, respecting the use of materials and personal protective equipment to meet safety, quality, and production plan adherence objectives. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience operating programmable flexographic machinery. **Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities:** * Assume responsibility for the operation and tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor and perform them satisfactorily. * Operate automatic insertion machines, perform model changes, and carry out basic operational adjustments. * Follow standard work procedures and machine operating parameters. * Maintain their work area in orderly and clean conditions, adhering to basic maintenance programs. * Execute and monitor production schedules. * Ensure quality and production standards. * Complete production reports and monitor quality during their shift. * Apply and promote the 5S methodology in their work area.
