PARTS COORDINATOR **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma. * At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Manager. * Basic knowledge of spare parts or multi-brand automotive parts. * Leadership and teamwork skills. **Job responsibilities:** * Manage the incoming and outgoing flow of spare parts by implementing supply-focused strategies * to ensure adequate parts availability and customer satisfaction. * Oversee warehouse operations to prevent errors and streamline goods reception and order preparation processes. * Supervise inventory review and adjustment activities for spare parts and accessories. * Train and guide staff under supervision on the correct application of operational procedures. * Maintain excellent inventory classification and proper storage layout within the warehouse based on movement patterns * to increase efficiency in sales processes. **We offer:** * Competitive monthly salary. * Monthly commissions. * Statutory benefits. * 100% IMSS social security contributions. * Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
