Responsibility for kitchen profitability Control of finished product and supply warehouses. Control of goods requested from the warehouse (FIFO). Complies with hygiene standards according to the **Crystal Distinction.** Conducts and manages inventory counts, expiration date tracking, quotations, and procurement of spare parts and perishables. Responsible for kitchen profitability.
