Job Summary: NOVUSPACK is seeking a professional to monitor and control the progress of maintenance work orders, resolve technical issues in injection machinery, and train staff. ACTIVITIES: * Monitor and control the progress of maintenance work orders, ensuring timely and proper execution. * Resolve technical issues in injection machinery (machines, molds, robots, auxiliary equipment such as chillers, temperature controllers, compressors, etc.). * Collaborate closely with Production personnel to minimize machine downtime and coordinate scheduled shutdowns. * Inspect equipment condition and quality of completed maintenance work. * Train and guide maintenance assistants on tool usage, safety procedures, and advanced repair techniques. * Foster a safe and collaborative work environment * Efficiently manage available resources (labor, spare parts, tools) for maintenance activities. * Manage inventory of commonly used spare parts, requesting necessary materials in a timely manner to prevent interruptions. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of departmental tools and equipment. * Record and document maintenance activities in detail, including failures, repairs performed, time spent, spare parts used, and personnel involved. * Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on equipment status, maintenance progress, and key performance indicators for the area. * Collaborate in developing and updating work procedures, equipment manuals, and maintenance checklists. * Report major or recurring incidents to the Maintenance Manager.
