At **Somos Cartón**, a company dedicated to manufacturing corrugated cardboard packaging, we are seeking an **Industrial Financial Controller** responsible for the company’s comprehensive financial control, ensuring reliable information, timely analysis, and direct support to General Management for strategic decision-making. The position emphasizes a **financial–analytical** focus, not merely accounting or tax-related functions. **Key Responsibilities** **Financial Control** * Prepare and analyze the monthly **Income Statement**, **Balance Sheet**, and **Cash Flow Statement**. * Generate financial reports for Management. * Analyze variances vs. budget. * Monitor cost centers. **Cash Flow** * Project cash flow for 30, 60, and 90 days. * Plan supplier payments. * Manage liquidity and working capital. **Financial Analysis** * Analyze production costs (raw materials, labor, energy, waste). * Calculate gross margins per product. * Assess profitability. * Analyze profits and EBITDA. **Accounts Receivable and Payable** * Monitor customer receivables portfolio. * Track aging of balances. * Oversee collections. * Monitor and schedule accounts payable. **Industrial Costing** * Process costing and job-order costing. * Analyze cost per kg, per m², and per finished box. * Inventory control. **CAPEX and ROI** * Financial evaluation of investments. * ROI, payback, and IRR analysis. * Fixed asset and depreciation control. **Tax Compliance (Supervision)** * Supervise accurate calculation of: * VAT * Income Tax (ISR) * IMSS * Infonavit * Coordinate with internal or external tax accountant. * Integrate taxes into cash flow. **Requirements** Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Financial specialization or diploma preferred.
