Manage accounting, treasury, and administration teams **GRUPO HS CAPITAL HUMANO is looking for an Administration and Finance Manager in Tlalpan, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At Grupo HS, we are currently seeking ***ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE MANAGER*** Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (licensed) Minimum 4 years of experience Core knowledge: Treasury, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Proficiency in Excel, ASPEL, Power BI Responsibilities: * Financial and strategic planning (develop annual budgets and forecasts, analyze cash flow, define financial policies) * Financial and accounting control (review financial statements, monitor costs and expenses) * Tax and legal compliance (supervise fulfillment of tax obligations, review VAT, ISR, DIOT, and monthly/annual tax returns) * Treasury control and cash flow management * Financial profitability analysis by customer or channel; evaluate margins by product category * Liaise with external auditors and banks; handle SAT audits and manage corporate insurance * Inventory management (analyze turnover, prevent overstock or stockouts) and import cost management (freight, tariffs, logistics) * Financial risk management, including foreign exchange risk management and credit risk assessment * Lead the accounting, treasury, and administration teams; establish performance indicators ***We Offer:*** ***Base salary: $45,000 MXN gross per month*** ***Statutory benefits*** ***Performance bonus*** ***Profit-sharing (PTU)*** ***Parking and work tools*** ***Work schedule: Monday to Friday*** ***Work location: Coyoacán*** **Desired education level:** Higher education \- licensed **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Retail / Retail trade *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69f3c0803a00003a00911caa\&source\=indeed*
