




**Position: Sales Director / Manager** **Location:** Cuernavaca/Xochitepec/On-site **Industry:** Boutique Hospitality / Wellness / Hospitality **Reports to:** General Management / Ownership **Position Objective** Lead and execute the property’s comprehensive commercial strategy, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, business mix diversification, and full visibility of the sales pipeline. This role is **directly accountable for commercial results**, forecasting, and sales team performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and monitor the **annual and quarterly commercial strategy**. * Lead and develop the sales team (corporate, groups/wellness, and partnerships). * Define and manage the **sales pipeline, forecast, and commercial targets**. * Ensure effective use of the **CRM** (discipline, follow-up, and reporting). * Analyze the business mix (OTAs, direct, corporate, groups, wellness) and propose strategic adjustments. * Establish strategic partnerships, corporate agreements, and high-value channels. * Coordinate with Marketing to drive demand generation and positioning. * Report results clearly and regularly to Management / Ownership. * Ensure incentives and bonuses are aligned with **collected revenues and profitability**. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Revenue budget attainment. * Pipeline value and quality. * Forecast accuracy. * Growth of corporate accounts and partnerships. * Lead-to-close conversion rate. * CRM usage and data quality. * Sales team productivity. **Required Profile** * Proven experience (minimum 5–7 years) in **hotel or hospitality sales**. * Experience leading commercial teams. * Strong focus on **results, analysis, and accountability**. * Knowledge of segments: corporate, groups, wellness, MICE, or similar. * CRM proficiency (preferably Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or others). * Strategic capability + daily execution. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Intermediate/advanced English (desirable). **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary aligned with market standards. * **Performance-based bonus scheme** tied to actual results. * Autonomy to build and lead the commercial strategy. * Opportunity for direct impact on business growth. * Professional environment focused on excellence and wellbeing.
