Responsibilities: 1\. Application of sales cost for homes/ lots/ commercial spaces and their analysis. 2\. Reconciliations GxFA; FxFB and construction projects. 3\. Handling audits. 4\. Review and supervision of warehouses, subcontractors, and payrolls. 5\. Monthly review and supervision of physical inventories. 6\. Monthly review and analysis of incurred expenses invoicing.
