





* **Industrial sales experience:** Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in heavy, agricultural, or industrial machinery. * **Government sales experience:** Minimum one year of experience in project development and public tenders. * **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in the operation, features, and applications of the machinery and equipment being sold. Continuous training is essential to remain up to date. * **Education:** Technical degrees, engineering (industrial, mechanical, etc.), or related higher education. * **Driver’s license:** Required, as the position involves frequent client visits and on-site demonstrations. * **Interpersonal skills:** * **Active listening and empathy:** Ability to understand clients’ actual needs, problems, and motivations. * **Assertive communication:** Ability to convey technical information clearly, precisely, and tailored to different audiences (operators, managers, owners). * **Confidence and honesty:** Personal reputation and credibility are vital; clients buy from the salesperson before buying the product. * **Negotiation and persuasion:** Ability to handle objections and justify investment value (return on investment). * **Results orientation:** Focus on achieving sales targets, with discipline and organization. * **Prospecting and customer management:** Ability to identify new potential customers, manage the existing customer portfolio, and conduct high-quality follow-ups. * **Analytical ability:** Ability to diagnose operational issues faced by clients and propose comprehensive solutions. * **Adaptability and resilience:** Flexibility to face market challenges and learn from experiences (both positive and negative). * Key Responsibilities * **Technical consulting, prospecting and business development, product demonstrations, sales cycle management, reporting and follow-up.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
