Job Summary: Supervises and manages sales teams, ensuring achievement of targets and brand image standards in fashion and high-value retail stores. Key Highlights: 1. Develops staff skills and resolves operational incidents. **Store/Sales Floor Supervisor** **We Offer**: * Base salary of $11,000 gross per month * Monthly performance bonus of $1,000 * Statutory benefits * Company car, fuel allowance, and parking at shopping malls **Work Schedule**: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Availability to occasionally work on weekends **Requirements:** * Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience as a store supervisor in fashion, accessories, luxury, lifestyle, or premium gift retail. * Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Valid driver’s license * Retail sales experience * Inventory management and control * Sales reporting * Advisory and sales techniques for high-value products * Leadership and team management **Responsibilities:** * Supervise achievement of assigned sales targets and quotas set by the company * Ensure proper product display, visual standards, and planograms according to brand guidelines (fashion, lifestyle, fine writing instruments, and/or watches). * Monitor customer service quality, guaranteeing personalized attention and expert advice on high-value products. * Coordinate and track branch team performance (sales, attitude, appearance, product knowledge, etc.). * Verify inventory: receipts, shipments, and high-value items. * Audit compliance with brand policies and operational procedures. * Identify training needs and reinforce staff competencies (premium service, product knowledge, etc.). * Manage and resolve in-store operational and service incidents. * Prepare reports on results, incidents, and improvement proposals. **Work Location:** Near Hospital de la Ceguera, Coyoacán Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
